About the Role:
Howard Management Group Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support professional to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a strong opportunity to play a key role in keeping our organization running smoothly while growing your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operational activities to help us stay efficient with our clients.
- Coordinate communication between departments and team members to streamline workflows
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for operational functions
- Assist in scheduling, logistics coordination, and resource allocation
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operations, administrative support, maintenance operations and/or bookkeeping operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
